✶Ad. p-series

✶Ad. p-series
A series of labial consonants in Primitive Adûnaic. Unlike the other series, it had no voiceless-continuants, though Tolkien indicated it may once have had one, a voiceless w, which prehistorically became the voiceless velar continuant [x] (SD/417).
